You won't book a room but an experience in a house immersed in the Langhe.
Our accommodation is located on the ground floor of a renovated farmhouse.
It consists of two connecting bedrooms, a living room (which can be used as a relaxation area, reading room, or TV), a large breakfast room, and a private bathroom.
The first of the two bedrooms has a double bed, while the second has two queen-sized beds and a double sofa bed. The apartment sleeps six, with the option of adding a single bed and a child's cot.
The very spacious bedrooms overlook a large terrace with access to the park, which provides pleasant coolness on the hottest days.
The terrace and park are for the exclusive use of guests staying at MAMOTA.
All accommodation including the dining room and bathroom are located on the ground floor, easily accessible.
Our apartment is perfect for a family, a couple, or even a solo traveler looking for a quiet spot.
It is also ideal for those who need to stay there for work reasons.
In every season, the beauty of our region cannot fail to amaze visitors with its variety and generosity of colors, sounds, lights, and priceless atmospheres, typical of a world that still retains an old-world charm.

Breakfast
Every morning, after a relaxing night's sleep, a hearty Italian breakfast is served, featuring a selection of sweet and savory local products, always accompanied by the hosts' friendly smiles and warm welcome.
We are always attentive to our guests' needs, so we offer a personalized breakfast for those with food intolerances and/or allergies (gluten-free, dairy-free, and/or egg-free, etc.), for those with religious beliefs that require them to avoid certain foods, or for those with vegetarian, vegan, or raw food diets.
Upon request, we can prepare a packed breakfast to be consumed outside our facility.
MAMOTA, being a B&B, can only serve breakfast and no other meals and guests are not allowed to use the kitchen.

Our Comfort
For the little ones -
Children are welcome and do not pay for the overnight stay up to the age of 3, if they sleep with their parents or in another cot brought from home.
On request we provide a wooden cot complete with sheets and blankets for a supplement per night
In the library of the living room you can find many books and fairy tales to read.
There are also many board games available for young and old.
Your animal friend -
Animals are accepted and can stay in the room in their own kennel, blanket or cage.
It is possible to take them to common areas such as the breakfast room
It is recommended that guests always keep animals under their own supervision.

Possibility of organizing wine tastings and local products, as well as walks in the surrounding places.
We provide our guests with information and contacts for bike rental, horseback riding, days in the pool, exhibitions, fairs, concerts, local events and attractions, restaurants, clubs (bars, pastry shops ...) and maps of trails in the area.
Services
Free internet access is available via WI-FI.
The bathroom equipment includes a shower towel, face and hand towel and a towel for the bidet for each person.
In addition, there is a dispenser in the shower with body / hair soap, liquid hand soap near the sink, intimate soap near the bidet and a hairdryer.
In the rooms for each bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets and any additions of pillows are provided.
Cleaning is done daily with change of towels as needed and sheets are changed every 3 nights (daily change on request with a supplement).
In the breakfast area there are always two kettles for tea / herbal teas, a microwave oven, a coffee machine and a toaster.
In the winter months there is heating in the bedrooms, in the bathroom and in the breakfast room
Parking is provided free of charge
